Some children need something built around them — a shy speaker who needs to be drawn out, a confident one who needs to be stretched, a teenager weighing up what comes next. One-to-one coaching pairs your child with a Growthfluential coach for regular sessions shaped entirely around where they are and where they want to get to.

Tell us about your child
Share where they are today and what you'd like them to grow into. It takes a couple of minutes and costs nothing.

A coach reviews what you've sent and gets in touch to understand the full picture before proposing anything.

You get a plan and a price
We send a proposed programme with the cost, and a secure link to pay if you're happy to go ahead.

Sessions begin
Your child starts with their coach, and joins the Growthfluential Club with access to the learning platform.

We don't publish a price, because the right programme depends on your child. Tell us what they need and we'll come back with a plan and a cost — there's nothing to pay to enquire.
